None of us are free

I made this mix CD almost a decade ago. The two most recent tracks on it (the first and the last, as it turns out) are from 2002. None of the others are more recent than 1989. The oldest track turned 75 earlier this year. These days, however, the whole mix feels far, far too in touch with the times. When it hasn’t been on heavy rotation in my ears, it’s been playing on repeat in my heart. So I figured I’d share it here. [Caveat: I’m brand spanking new to Spotify. So if the playlist link below doesn’t work, I probably don’t know what I’m doing yet. So holler at me, and I’ll try to figure it out.]
